১️. সাধারণ শর্ত
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত সকল পণ্য স্টকের প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভরশীল।
পণ্যের মূল্য ও অফার পূর্ব নোটিস ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
অর্ডার করার সময় প্রদত্ত সকল তথ্য সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ—এ মর্মে আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন।
২️. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট, ফেসবুক ও ইনস্টাগ্রাম ইনবক্স, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ অথবা আমাদের অফিসিয়াল নম্বরে কলের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার করা যাবে।
অনলাইন পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে অথবা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (সিওডি) পদ্ধতিতে পেমেন্ট করা যাবে।
পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর আমাদের ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী অর্ডার প্রসেস ও পাঠানো হবে।
৩️. ডেলিভারি
আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি দিয়ে থাকি।
সম্ভাব্য ডেলিভারি সময়—
ঢাকার ভিতরে: ১–৩ দিন
ঢাকার বাইরে: ২–৫ দিন
ডেলিভারি চার্জ অবস্থান ও প্যাকেজের আকার অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হয়।
তৃতীয় পক্ষের কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা অনিবার্য কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হলে ইমপোর্টার্স হাব দায়ী থাকবে না।
৪️. পণ্যের তথ্য
আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি যেন প্রতিটি পণ্যের বিবরণ, ছবি ও তথ্য সঠিকভাবে উপস্থাপন করা হয়।
সরবরাহকারী ভেদে রং, ডিজাইন বা প্যাকেজিংয়ে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।
আমাদের সকল পণ্য আসল এবং বিশ্বস্ত আন্তর্জাতিক ও দেশীয় সরবরাহকারীর কাছ থেকে সংগ্রহ করা।
৫️. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত সকল বিষয় আমাদের রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে (বিস্তারিত জানতে নির্ধারিত পেজ দেখুন)।
ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য ছাড়া অন্যান্য ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য অবশ্যই মূল অবস্থায় ও প্যাকেজিংসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
যাচাই শেষে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করা হবে এবং পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি অনুযায়ী ৩–৭ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।
৬️. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
ব্যবহারকারীকে সঠিক ব্যক্তিগত ও যোগাযোগের তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
নিজের অ্যাকাউন্টে সংঘটিত সকল কার্যক্রম (অর্ডার, বার্তা ইত্যাদি) এর দায় সম্পূর্ণভাবে ব্যবহারকারীর।
ওয়েবসাইটের অপব্যবহার, প্রতারণামূলক কার্যক্রম বা ভুল তথ্য প্রদান করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
৭️. মেধাস্বত্ব
ওয়েবসাইটের সকল কনটেন্ট (ছবি, লেখা, লোগো ও গ্রাফিক্স) ইমপোর্টার্স হাব বা তার অংশীদারদের মালিকানাধীন।
অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো কনটেন্ট অনুলিপি, বিতরণ বা ব্যবহার করা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।
৮️. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা
ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যের কারণে সৃষ্ট কোনো পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক বা পরিণতিজনিত ক্ষতির জন্য ইমপোর্টার্স হাব দায়ী নয়।
আমরা শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ অনুযায়ী পণ্য সরবরাহের জন্য দায়বদ্ধ।
৯️. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
যেকোনো বিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে বাংলাদেশের আদালতের এখতিয়ার প্রযোজ্য হবে।

We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh.
Estimated delivery time: Inside Dhaka: 1–3 days, Outside Dhaka: 2–5 days.
Delivery charges are calculated based on location and package size.
Importers Hub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unless defective.
Refunds are processed after verification and may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment method.
