🚛 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment or order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You’ll receive an SMS or call confirmation once your order is shipped.
🕒 Delivery Time
Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Outside Dhaka (All Districts): Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days, depending on courier service and location.
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather conditions, or during special sales events.
💸 Delivery Charges
Inside Dhaka: Tk. 60–80 (based on location and package size)
Outside Dhaka: Tk. 120–150 (based on location and package size)
Occasionally, we offer discounted or free delivery during special campaigns (e.g., 11.11 Sale, Eid Offers).
💵 Payment Method
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment options for all orders within Bangladesh.
Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are correct for smooth processing.
📦 Handling & Packaging
Every product is carefully inspected, packed, and sealed before dispatch.
Fragile and premium items are given extra protective packaging to prevent damage.
If a package appears damaged or tampered upon delivery, please contact us immediately.
🔁 Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS update or tracking number to follow your parcel through our partnered courier.
You can also reach out to our customer support for delivery updates.
❌ Undelivered or Returned Packages
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, phone number, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
Re-delivery can be arranged after reconfirmation, and additional delivery charges may apply.
